Hi Titan Band and Color Guard Families,
Hope everyone had a wonderful long weekend!
Our booster club, run 100% by parent volunteers, plays a vital part for the band and color guard program—chaperoning buses, loading props, ironing uniforms, serving meals, selling concessions and more.**
Participating in band and color guard are commitments for both the students and their families—our program does not run without volunteers . We are short 11 volunteers for Friday night’s game, this is a perfect opportunity to jump in and help out. It’s a great way to meet other parents, get more familiar with the students and build an amazing Titan culture that our kids will reflect on for years to come.
HERE IS WHAT’S GOING ON THIS WEEK
Friday, Oct. 17: Cen10 vs Reedy (visitor @Ford Stadium)
Volunteers Needed: 6 dinner crew | 5 chaperones SIGN UP
Saturday, Oct. 18: UIL Region (Little Elm): This event is the qualification for UIL Area. There’s ONE performance and our goal is to get a “1” rating. With this rating, we’ll qualify for UIL Region on 11/01. Click here for more details.
PLEASE NOTEThere are some errors on the Sign-Up Genius page for this event. Since our schedule is 12 p.m. – 5:15 p.m., the booster club will NOT serve any meals on Saturday—students should eat lunch before coming to the Band Hall and will be home in time for dinner. For anyone who has volunteered to serve food, please consider chaperoning instead.
UIL Region Schedule:
· Band Hall Opens 12:00 pm
· Rehearsal Begins 12:15 pm
· Inspection 12:45 pm
· Depart CHS 1:00 pm
· Arrive at Little Elm 1:30 pm
· Warm-up 2:45 pm
· Performance! 3:45 pm
· Load buses 4:30 pm
· Arrive at CHS 5:15 pm
Wednesday, Oct. 22: Spirit Night! Chick-fil-A
Purchases made 6 a.m. – 10 p.m. in drive-thru, dine in or carry out will help support the band. Tell the team member you are supporting Centennial Titan Band Booster Club and 20% will go to our Booster Club Click here for more details.
