🧺Sat., May 9: 26-27 Band and Color Guard Registration & Spring Camp with Family Picnic

🎶Wed., May 13: Spring Concert + General TBBA Meeting and Board election

🥁Sat., May 16 at 1:30 p.m.: Percussion Concert: Vita Allegria in CHS Auditorium

👩‍🎓Fri., May 22: Our Class of 2026 Seniors Graduate at Comerica Center

🧺2026-2027 Band and Color Guard Registration & Spring Camp | Sat., May 9🧺

All incoming 9-12 graders and parents— join us on Saturday, May 9 to register for the 2026-2027 school year. During registration students will be fitted for uniforms and parents will get a spirit wear sneak peek, volunteer info and more.

⚠️IMPORTANT: You will need to Print, Sign & Bring ALL pages of the Registration Package (that require a signature) with you Saturday. 💵Payment is due during the event, and as always, payment plans are available. 

NEW Band & Color Guard Families:

• 10:00 – 11:30 am: Student Camp (Auditorium)

• 10:30 – 11:30 am: New Parent Orientation (Band Hall)

• 11:30 – 12:30 pm: Family Picnic with performance by our Kraken Panyard Steel Drum Band (CHS Courtyard)

• 12:30 – 2:30 pm: New Student Registration for Parents & Students (Band Hall) 

RETURNING Band & Guard Families: 

• 10:00 – 11:30 am: Student Camp (Auditorium)

• 11:30 – 12:30 pm: Family Picnic with performance by our Kraken Panyard Steel Drum Band (Courtyard) 

• 2:30-4:00 p.m.: Registration for Parents & Students (Band Hall) 

📢If your student is unable to attend, please contact Sarah our Uniforms Coordinator uniforms1@centennialband.com to get measured before the end of school. 

📸Calling all Photographers!📸

We are looking for a team of parents to help us next year with photos at games and contests. You don’t need to be a professional photographer by any means; you just need to have a camera. You will get to be on the field with the students during performances. If you’re interested about joining the photography team for next year just reach out to Amanda at volunteers1@centenntialband.com.

🖼️Do you like creating cool graphics with Photoshop? Adobe Express? Canva?💻

If so, we could use some graphic designers on hand for 2026-2027 school year. Throughout the year, the booster needs help with graphics for social media posts, our website, posters and more. If you’re creative and love design – we’d love to hear from you! Just reach out to Amanda at volunteers1@centenntialband.com.

 📣Official Board Elections for 2026-2027 | Join us at the May 13 General Meeting📣

We will vote on our slate of executive board candidates, included in last week’s email, during our May 13, TBBA General Meeting and Board Election—in the cafeteria prior to the concert. During this meeting, you can nominate yourself for ANY POSITION, from the ‘floor’. We’d love to have some incoming Freshman parents join the TBBA board!
