Hello Titan Band and Color Guard Families,
Only 8 more days of school, but still a busy week for our Band!
Tuesday May 13th: TBBA General Meeting & Spring Concert
General Meeting: 6pm in the cafeteria
· 2025-2026 TBBA Executive Board Elections: President, Vice President, Parliamentarian, Technology Officer, Fundraising Officer, Secretary & Treasurer.
· The Nominating Committee slate includes:
o Treasurer – Valerie Lonsdale
o Secretary – Tracy Glasgow
· Any parent/guardian may also nominate themselves for any position during the election. However, you MUST BE PRESENT in person during the elections.
· If you volunteered for a non-executive board position, the new Board President will follow-up with you within 30 days of the election
Tuesday May 13th Spring Concert: 7pm in the Auditorium. All 3 CHS Bands will perform. Please note that Wester has their Spring Concert starting at 6pm. Please be patient while they finish their concert.
Thursday May 15th:
· 5pm: CHS Spring Football Game and Community Pep Rally at the CHS Football field
· 7pm: Percussion Spring Concert in the Auditorium
· 8:15pm: Honor Band Competition - Meet in Band Hall for final recording (selected students only)
2025-2026 Registration:
If you missed Saturday’s registration, please do the following:
· Print & complete the registration package – please send completed forms to school and ask your student to give them to their Band/Color Guard director asap. https://www.centennialband.com/forms
· Fees can be made via Zelle to treasurer@centennialband.com. Or please contact Megan Parker, treasurer to make alternative arrangements
· Reminder: Medical forms must be completed and signed by your doctor AFTER June 1, 2025. Bring the form to the 1st day of Camp on July 23rd

New Percussion Director Update: Mr. Rein shared that they are actively interviewing for a new director, with the final interviews completed before school ends. They will share more as soon as decision is made.
